im 34. High hairline forever. But definitely noticed left side creeping higher. No issues with crown but here’s the before and after 3 month. So far at least it hasn’t gotten worse lol.

I would also start wounding. If your loss is recent you might respond well to it.

Maybe wait a few more months to see how well the Big 2 work though.
