30 year old male, baby hairs or balding?

i never really ever looked at my hairline my entire life. i usually always let my bangs hang down over my forehead so ive only started seeing my hairline recently because of the way ive been styling it. these annoying hairs here make me a bit worried. im wondering, if these are miniaturization or baby hairs?
