I am norwood 3 (norwood 7 grandpa dad is norwood 4) but i get more and more thinning in the mid part and vertex and the only way to fix it is with stopping and stabilizing my loss and get a conservative fue with a premium doctor, thats why I started finasteride like 3-4 times per week.
Now after more than a year the hair got even worse (my hairdresser and gf confirmed it). I dont have any idea what I shall do. Use ket? Continue? How long? Use minoxidil on vertex?

(Btw I am taking minoxidil since 7 years on the front part, I was an excellent responder but it didnt last long. I went from Norwood 3 to Norwood 0/1 and then back to nw3.)
