I had my 3rd hair transplant with Doctor Feller today (first was with karamikian, who sucked real bad)
with karamikian I was told roughly 1k were transplanted, I would say the actual number was around half that.
Later on I had gotten around 3k with Dr Feller, a year later 2,500, and then roughly 2 years later (today) about 2,100...
I still have a couple of thousand left in donor, which i potentially plan to use via FUE to combat further loss.
to date I like the work Dr Feller has performed and the results I have gotten.
I would have easily been a Norwood 4- 5 by now ( battling H since roughly 17)
I still have to use toppik and dermatch when I go out.
However by this time next year, I will be using far less of these products..
My ultimate goal is to have my sides shaved down to a number 3 and have the top at a # 5 or 6, gel'd forward without the use of any more concealers.
Dr Feller has taken plenty of photos through out my journey, and when I go in to have the staples taken out in 2 weeks, I will ask if he can post all of the photos up.
Based on how strategic we have been, once this grows out, another 500 in the crown and 500 in the top mid section should satisfy my goal of being free of concealers..
