Hello everyone, I am Sonic, the hedgehog.

I get mental sides from oral fina so I switched to 0.5 mg topical dutasteride once a week and I have no sides - 4 months in, however I don't have visible improvement yet so I wanted to add something daily

I am thinking of Zix+4% ketoconazole lotion, would it help if I used in between duta applications?

Thank you

That’s weird Dutasteride is stronger...... what else do you use Ketaconazole shampoo?

No, it's about the same as using miconazole nitrate every day, it will go systemic and build up in your system, you don't f*****g want that.

what are the downsides of that? i thought ketoconazole didn't go much systemic but i'd like to listen to your knowledge

It doesn't if you have it on your scalp for a few mins, but if you have it on all day?

Miconazole nitrate after a few days gave me horrible fatigue and cardiac symptoms which is a sign of antiandrogenic action that is too potent. If you start feeling heart palpitations, heart or circulatory slowness, get the f*** off it, especially if you're experiencing fatigue, the same thing happened with RU58841.

The only reason why ketoconazole is "ok" generally speaking is because you're applying it in a shampoo for a short period of time for site specific benefits. Both miconazole and ketoconazole being perpetually systemic will pose more harm than good.
