4 months into new treatment and progressively getting worse

I've switched to dutasteride/finasteride combo in March and also added Revita shampoo, and now slowly losing big time on the top of my head. More so in the crown, getting extremely thin. I always thought that a true shed would make you get thin all over your head, mines more concentrated in the crown. Anyone else experiencing the same? Any suggestions? I've got some pics but don't know how to put them into the post.
