4 years of figthing hairloss and 2 years of dutasteride results and discussion

Hi ! I am a 23 years old male. I have been suffering from hairloss. BUT i think the last 4 years were pretty stable for me and ı wanted to share my results and get your opinions.Genetic Background:
So ı have bald dad , he is nw6 or something these days. he got bald pretty young , like since his mid 30s he is a Norwood 6 . When he was at my ages he also got a severe hairloss and he was something between Norwood 4-5 . On the other hand my maternal genes are pretty solid ı think. I have 3 maternal uncles and they have like almost no forehead they have full head of hair. so ı think science worked and I have a hair that is not as bad as my dads and not as perfect as my maternal relatives.
I am on dutasteride for 2 years ,taking 0.5mg tablets everyday and trying to protect my hair as much as I can . Before the dutasteride treatment ı used minoxidil for 1.5 years .I am planning to have a hairtransplant one day in the future, but ı also want to protect my current hair and especially donor area .
What do you guys think about my journey and hairloss ? What is my norwood scale today? Do you think is dutasteride working.? How many grafts would ı need ıf ı had a transplant today? Answering my questions would make me happy .

Looks like you made the right moves. Your hair is obviously very good.

Question for you, how much of an impact do you think minoxidil has made?

Right temple looks better. You might get more thickening in that area. Nice work. Probably ~1500 graphs for a good hairline result. Crown is of no needing of any graphs. I would wait a couple more years before deciding on a hair transplant though.

Once you transplant the temples you will be a NW0.

Without dutasteride you might've easily headed to further norwoods.. don't stop it
