5 Months On Full Dose Propecia Shedding

I started my full dose of propecia around 5 months ago around month 2 I noticed a significant decrease in shedding around month 3-3.5 I started shedding ALOT and got some mild gyno, I also noticed an increase in acne and scalp soreness, around month 4.5 my shedding and scalp soreness stopped completely! But that only lasted around 2 weeks before the shedding started to slowly creep back up. Now I'm around month 5 give or take and the shedding is back where it was almost at it's worst scalp soreness is slightly back and I noticed a bigger increase in acne. Im still suffering from gyno but it's pretty mild so I'm continuing finasteride. Not sure if it's a good shed or bad shed or why my acne is increased I'm guessing my hormones are out of wack considering the gyno. I'm seriously hoping it's not just making my hair worse. I also noticed the hairs I shed are getting thicker towards the end opposed to my first shed where they were tapering off towards the root.
