my loss pattern seems similar to you.
I'm not saying your loss is as EXTENSIVE as mine , it's just similar (diffuse with hairline worse)
my hairline looks like **** too ... but overall you are much better off than I am. let me repeat that once more.

Only thing that speaks in my favor is my age I'm 37 going on 38.

Have been on dutasteride and finasteride for more than 10 years. Recently added RU. thinking about adding minoxidil.
Most unflattering light ever ... big bright spotlight right above my head.

Thanks. Since October of 2013. I really wanted to wait a full year before making any conclusions, but I think it's safe to say that I'm responding to the treatment so far. I still plan on staying the course for at least a year, regardless of whatever happens in the coming months. I'm aware that sheds tend to happen sporadically in the first year of treatment (which surprisingly I haven't experienced yet) but I'm ready for it if/when it happens.

From what I can see it looks like you have decent coverage. Looks like you can just add some Toppik (or whatever concealer) and you'll be good to go. Even without it, it still looks pretty damn good. I hope I still have that much hair when I'm 37. You're taking finasteride and dutasteride at the same time, or did you make a switch somewhere along the line?

thanks for the nice comments, but my hairline is pretty screwed ... so toppik is not helping me anymore ...
toppik sucks tbh ... fibers just falling on bare scalp and staying there ... messy ...
It's probably just good for the top of my head ... dunno ...

finasteride/dutasteride - yeah ... I started with finasteride (maybe first 4 years) and then switched to dutasteride
I quit dutasteride (AND finasteride) for a year cause I was trying to conceive a baby (but I changed my mind on that) -> big mistake stopping the dutasteride tho ... lost alot of ground.
Now back on dutasteride .5mg ED - hardcore DHT needs hardcore Countermeasures.


So yeah , still thinking about adding minoxidil now to get more coverage. not sure yet.
