Your not ugly lol, maybe over sensitive, just from the pic and from what you wrote i can tell you have some awesome features, first off your tall!!! girls LOVE tall guys, thats a HUGE plus! and you have blue eyes, good skin and good solid features! be proud, you have it MUCH better then most men (bald and not) so get that "im ugly bla bla bla" attitude out of there.
and why do you care what some random person on the street thinks? f*ck em!
as for girls and dating, im not gonna lie to you as im experiencing this myself, young girls are very superficial (up to age 25 or so) they care WAY too much what their friends thinks if they go out with a bald guy(unless he has money or fame) the only advice i can give you here is the same i tell myself - forget about flings, aim for relationships with quality girls (no compromising) im sure when the right girl will come it will all be worth it... I can really relate to what you say (apart from the height thing, I'm really short instead of really tall). But I don't think you should worry about the looks thing, you really don't have anything to worry about there, you look good (no homo). Are you using treatments? I seem to remember your photos a while ago and you were on propecia I think (could have been someone else though).

You look alright man, but I agree with the above; what might intimidate people is the height.. You gotta use that to your advantage though, a lot of girls got a weak spot for it.. Try to smile a lot, sounds silly, but it´ll make you seem less intimidating. And try to put some money into your wardrobe; dress sharp. Maybe you have to go for a different style than you normally wear.. If you´re not sure what to buy, use the internet to find stylish brands/stores and take it from there..

If people do stare at you, and I think you might be right that some do, then I'd say it's probably because you might come across as intimidating. At 6'4 you're a tall guy, plus you have a strong, square-ish kinda jaw. If you walk around with a mean look on your face (like you're having a bad day) then I could imagine wanting to stay out of your way. The hair loss thing doesn't help with that image but that can't be helped. It doesn't make you 'ugly' in any way.
On the plus side, like a lot here have said...you can use these things to your advantage. Girls do often go for tall guys, a strong jawline is a plus...and Lol..you have nice eyes! No :gay:

You're better looking than I am. Plus being 6'4" is awesome for meeting women. My 6'3" friend used to get tons of girls throwing themselves at him before he got married simply because he was tall.

Look man, I still manage to get plenty of female attention despite being a relative short-*** (5ft 8) with a noticeable NW3 hairline, so I think you just need to relax as you're a very tall and good looking man, who should be able to attract women pretty easily IF you have the right attitude.
Even if you were a NW7, your height would go along way to compensate for things. Women are naturally attracted to taller guys, it's their basic human instinct to find the tallest, stongest looking guy in the room, regardless of his hairline, so don't be a fool & use your 6ft4 stature to your advantage!
Invest in some high-quality new clothing, keep your body in shape and most importantly replace that sad-looking frown with a gentle smile & I guarantee that the girls will flock towards you without you even opening your mouth.

I've never heard of women with a preference for short men.
I dont think that being tall is quite as effective as being handsome but all things considered being big is a masculine trait and I think that if everything else is equal pretty much every woman would prefer someone who is tall over a shortass.
