6 Months Extensive Treatment but No Gain,No Stop,No Thickness.. Advice Needed.. pics

I have been suffering from Hair Loss for 1 year.(Diffuse Thinning)
I lost almost half of my hair and still loosing. My dad is bald.I am 24 years old.

My Treatment for 6 months :
-Proscar/4 1.25mg Finasteride Everyday
-Biotin 5mg Everyday
-Hair Supplement(B-Complex,zinc and others) everyday
-Grape Seed Extract Everyday
-Mesotherapy injections 3 times Total
-%5 Minoxidil only for the front hairline every evening
-Nizoral 2times a week


I am still loosing my hair. I dont want any regrow i will be satisfied just for stopping it. Should i stay or quit my regimen?

Your hair looks good. I wish mine was like that and I m younger then you. I have a much worse hairline. I would stick with it and don't worry too much.

6 months is bare minimum.

yes it is too early to tell if the treatments are working!! I am into 15 months on the Big Three and still struggling with shedding and thinning!! Hang in there and good luck!!
