83 days post-op

At 83 days post-op I continue to have some small sprouts of new growth, especially along the new hairline. However, it is not enough to make any cosmetic difference. I should be nearing one of the growth cornerstone periods, the 90 day mark. When will I start seeing enough growth to make a cosmetic difference? 5 months? 6 months?
