what is your regimine, how long have you been using it?

I've been on finasteride for about ten months and had a shed month 6-9 that was absolutely horrific (30%plus off the top and hairline). So I've just started on a combo topical treatment of 5% minoxidil (twice a day) and recapeen (1-2 times a day) in hope of speeding regrowth. I'm also gonna start on msm and l-arginine from today as i hear they are beneficial not only to hair growth but also for general health and work-out regimens. All I can do is wait.
