Hello everyone,I'm a 20-year-old college student.I have suffered from hair loss since July 2018,then I took Propecia at August. However,my hair becomes worse and worse and it's side effects also very little.I can't stand my hair sheed anymore:(:(:(.Does it mean Propecia won't show it's effect on me?If so,what should I do....I have no idea,so I come here ask you advice .(by the way, my hair was loss up100 per day.now it comes to about 50,but my hair looks quite worse than beginning)English isn't my mother tongue,so please forgive my poor English:oops::oops::oops:

AFAIK many people who are not responding to finasteride/propecia go on to the more effective Dutasteride, which btw also has more side effects.

Stay on drug for at least 1 year or longer if you can. If in 1.5 - 2 years you see no results than come to peace with male pattern baldness. Drop the drug and just accept being bald. That is the solution because right now after propecia your out of choices.
Dutasteride is not worth the health risks. Its not approved for male pattern baldness, and carries more risks. Dont do it.
