How old are you? Unless you are young and in good health, dont take this lightly as it may not be a side effect of Finasteride,,,, Hair loss in the lower legs is common in diabetes and congestive heart failure due to poor of circulation.

Slower/less body hair is also a non-uncommon side effect of a DHT inhibitor.
