About Sexual Effects Of Finastride(1mg)

Hi!
Im using finastride(indian brand:finpecia)
For 1 mounth,
One of my friend is using for 7 years and told his sexuality 70% rediused.
Do you have any expriense?
Does it really cause sexual effect?
Does it worth?
And does it really effect on hair????
And the pictures is my hair that i saved 3 years by minoxidl.but now minoxidil doesn’t answer alone and i need to use finastride.
My hair is okay but i’m loosing 150hairs in a day.and i lost my temple hair and it’s improving.
I want to save my hairs but i afraid from finastride side effects. And i don’t know that finastride realy effect.

There is a risk of sexual and other side-effects from using finasteride. I would say that the risk of getting some sort of side-effects is around 20%, but the risk of getting side-effects severe enough that you need to stop treatment is only around 2%. That's my estimate based upon a fairly large amount of research I've done on the subject. Its entirely up to you whether you choose to take finasteride and save your hair despite the risk of side-effects, or choose not to take it due to the risk of side-effects and continue to lose your hair naturally.
