Acceptable DHT Level / Dutasteride.

Hi,
I have been taking Dutasteride every other day for about 5-6 months. I decided to get my dht and testosterone checked out and my dht level is
<5 ng/dL. It seem it’s below the normal but I am curious to know what level should I be at for hair growth? My testosterone was in the normal range but to me it was in the low normal rang 351. Does testosterone effect hair growth even if so, is this normal low?

I haven’t really seen any progress. I started to use to Dutasteride once a week and I take oral minoxidil 5mg.
