Accutane anyone?

For a few months now I've been thinking of going on accutane. Of course, that was before I realized I had male pattern baldness. My skin isn't too bad really, but at 27, being clear one day and not another sucks. I've tried practically every topical and antibiotics as well without decent success.

One of accutane's side affects is thinning hair, although you're supposed to grow it back afterwards. I'm worried that it may however aggrevate male pattern baldness.

(I've been on one round before a couple years ago without any noticable hair thinning)

I'd appreciate any incite from anyone here who has taken accutane while trying to combat hair loss at the same time.

I just took it this summer. I lost some of the results I had gained from my hairloss regimen for about a month, and then it all grew back.

That was about it.
