I am not very knowledgable in the work being conducted by Aclaris, just passing along info. Appears to be a patent regarding a drug being used to treat alopecia areata.

Androgenetic Alopecia-201 Topical – This ongoing Phase 2 open-label clinical trial is evaluating the safety and efficacy of ATI-502, a topical JAK1/3 inhibitor, on the regrowth of hair in 31 patients with androgenetic alopecia (Androgenetic Alopecia), also known as male/female pattern hair loss. 6-month data are expected during the second quarter of 2019 and 12-month data are expected in the fourth quarter of 2019. If the results from this trial are positive, Aclaris expects to initiate an additional Phase 2 trial of ATI-502 for the topical treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia in the first half of 2020.

This will do jak sh*t for Androgenetic Alopecia, they had bald guy regrow hair in nw5 pattern, the guy had aa and Androgenetic Alopecia but the drug only helped for as.
