Acne and Minoxidil make me darker hair spots in my head, what can i do? any recomendation? Pics

Hello,
Well i was with long hair and didnt realize the colour change until i get it shorter, i was using also isotretinoin to treat my acne in my scalp, well now i realize i have darker hair very noticiable at my back, what can i do? i have been cutting them shorter but they dont get better
All those places i have open acne wounds

any recommendation?

i will not shave my hair by the way

Maybe those spots are getting more absorption because they have less of a barrier? Minoxidil is known for making hair darker, those areas might be getting a large amount relative to the other areas on your head

Use less minoxidil. Or better yet, start microneedling to get an even darkness everywhere
