i been with the regimen about 2 years now, minoxidil, finasteride, nizoral, it has been on and off, i'll say i look much worse than when i started but i still have a chance, this last few month my shedding has increase dramatically in my frontal, with my finger i can pull my frontal hairs and they come out easily, now that i added 15% about 5 day ago, i have notice a increase in shedding in my frontal, and i don't really know if this is good or bad.

sounds like it is reacting to the extra strength of the minoxidil. I had some serious minoxidil sheds when I started 5%. So I don't think its at all a bad thing, possibly a good thing, IMO.

Sounds good.
Consistency is key. Don't mess around with your regime. Results should come, but you really need to be consistent. Ride out the tough sheds. I know, they suck, but damn do you feel better later.

If your regeime has been "on and off" then it would be doomed to fail from the start. Fighting hair loss requires patience and discipline. Clearly you have neither.

sorry but when i said "on and off" means that i get better then it gets worse, i have been with my regimen consistent, daily applications with hardly missing any.
