Hi everyone,

Been on min for 4 years, finasteride for 2 years and then dutasteride for 2 years which im currently still on (0.5mg ED), and started microneedling a few months ago. Nothing has stopped my hairline and frontal area from gradually thinning. I've decided to give it one more shot by adding RU to my regimen, but do you think it would also be beneficial to add a topical dutasteride as well? Not concerned about side effects or the cost.

Be careful with ru its not pure as they say it is. I bought from anagen Inc years ago and that sh*t gave me 2 thin spots on my scalp. Buy cb instead from a compounding pharmacy instead to be on the safe side or buy topical spironolactone instead it did reduce my shedding while using it. Keep in mind 0.5mg duta everyday is too weak it only blocks 51% of scalp dht, while 2.5mg blocks up to 80% of scalp dht according to studies. I'm on 2mg duta ED now. for 5 months I took 0.5 EOD and topical dutasteride once weekly for 4 months. Now 2mg oral ED and topical once weekly and alfadratiol pantostin everyday to reduce scalp T. Let's see how this goes. I don't wanna spend more money every month so hope this is enough. And I never responded to minoxidill.
