Hey guys, just a quick food for thought for you guys. Please note that I'm using this experimental method of supplementation in addition to my current extensive regimen, and I don't encourage using it alone as it will do nothing at all. On top of the big 3, I use a few other things. But I just started doing something kinda weird. Once a week I dermaroll, and the I apply min and topical ionic zinc. Zinc is probably the most important mineral for hair growth, and if you're on a good regimen already, it probably won't hurt to try this. Don't put too much though, just enough to coat thinning areas, once a week. I Dunno if it does anything but it probably won't hurt. Thoughts?
