sorry man that is brutal.
you can try meds, the best responders are guys with recent loss. and your only 21, you could get decent results. you wont be a fullhead again but you could definitely get some coverage back.
apart from that i would buzz down, get in shape and get some color man.
its a cliche, but you'll look a million times better

Dude I feel the same man I walk around among a sea of full head NW0s and it makes me feel some sort of self consciousness but I must push through and get my education, that way I'll be able to afford future treatments.

I went to college with pathetic hair. The only goal I had in mind was to clear it and end the nightmare. When I show some of my old photos to my friends, they are like WTF why didn't anyone say anything. I used to be so rude and belligerent, people often skipped talking to me altogether. The few those who did never told me to get it cured.
High school was not so lucky. I was bald shammed and referred to as 'daddy'. Some folks even asked if I am benjamin button. At that time my parents never bothered. Both arseholes have hairloss and think there is no cure. Pieces of sh*t put me through this.
That being said, the more you 'age' the more its considered normal. You normally take major hits in highschool, but college it becomes easy.
