About my family : my dad did har transplant and it was not perfect (thin hair ..) but not too bad for his age, his brothers have all norwood 6 ...

I started to loss hair like 2 month ago but my hairs were long so i dont really care, i had ALOT of dandruff so i decided to cut my hair really short and i saw my hairs were really thinner ...
I also feel when i touch my hair (specially bald zone) i have some regrowth, i have some hair who are shorter than others

I use nizoral 2% EVERYDAY cuz it makes my hair good ...

I tried to use minoxidil but i will never use it again .. it makes me hard headache (cant sleep) and make my hair so bad.
I had seborrheic dermatitis so use minoxidil wasnt good idea ..
Nizoral helps me alot against darmatitis ..

Now i dont know how to fight against that .. Im only 18 YO and look that .. I loved my long hair but now i feel like i cant live with that .. I want hair transplant asap but idk if its good idea ..
My hairloss continues fastly and idk what to do .. I think i will use finasteride but idk if thats good idea because i learnt side effect ...

How can i restore my hair ? And do you think thats hereditary hairloss because i also loss my beard hair !

If you really did lose that much in 2 months, you should probably hop on finasteride/dutasteride ASAP or maybe see a hair specialists.

I'm so sorry you are experiencing this... But to lose this much hair in only 2 months? Either it's the most aggressive Androgenetic Alopecia ever or just a Telogen Effluvium. I hope for your sake it's the latter, and your hair will grow back again so you can enjoy your youth carefree.

I'm not sure if this is Androgenetic Alopecia, if you're saying your hairloss only started two months ago, that is extreme loss like I've never seen before. It could be telogen effluvium or even another type of alopecia. Your scalp looks red/inflamed, is that just the seb dermatitis? Nizoral 2% everyday is not a good idea and could actually be harming your scalp/hair, it's very harsh when used that regularly.

I think you need to see a dermatologist/hair specialist for a medical diagnosis.

I began to see hair fall like june 10,
Im not really ok to take finasteride ...
Can you look my lost hair pic, it seems there is 2 white section ..
I will do a blood control test in like 10 days to see ..
If my hairloss continue like that i will be completely bald next year ! 19 YO !

You need to see a doctor who specialised in hair loss or a dermatologist who can diagnose you properly.

Did you always have long hair? Maybe you never realized your thinning until you cut it short? This could have been happening at a younger age. Diffuse thinning creeps up on you.
yes i always had long hair .. but i didnt notice any hairloss

I am a diffuse thinner just like you but my hair loss has been going on for about four years and it is nowhere near as bad as yours. Also people saying you might not have noticed because of long hair are not diffuse thinners. I honestly feel that this isn't Male pattern baldness.
