Advice Needed On Switching From Finesteride To Ru58841

Hi guys, really appreciate any advice on this. I have been using the big three regimen for about 5 years now and saw significant results. When I first start finasteride I felt a sharp pain in my groin which went away after a week or two and saw no other sexual side effects or anything.

However after about 4 years, I started noticing some sexual side effects and then a sharp pain in my groin that was constantly there and increasing in instensity some times. My libido also took a big hit and some ED. Discontinued oral finasteride after that and tried topical finasteride with mioxidil. It was ok to begin with, noticed increased shedding and then the side effects seem to come back and I had to discontinue that too.

Now the shedding is so bad and I'm losing all the gains I had over the years with finasteride and minoxidil doesn't seem to be holding off any shedding. I just ordered RU58841 and planning to mix and 5% solution in 60ml minoxidil. Anyone have experience in switching to RU58841 from finasteride? Did anyone expereince similar side effects from RU58841?

I think you will need to stick with daily finasteride to see stabilisation. You could add RU on top but don't rely on it alone, it's not that potent and only really useful in addition to finasteride/ dutasteride. Why not drop your finasteride intake down to 0.5mg or even 0.25mg per day first? Honestly if you can't use finasteride you are unlikely to be able to maintain. Also i would mix RU into stemoxydine if you need an easy to use vehicle, few get results in minoxidil- apparently because of the high water content
