advice please (pics included)

Hi,

I am 23 years old, im not sure when my hairloss began, but i first saw what you see below 4 years ago and from the images ive provided, it hasnt changed since I first saw (4 years ago), I look at it everyday and I am scared about it moving. I believe the reason for the loss was a high dose of creatine which raises DHT highly, genetically, my father side has strong hair genetics, mothers is mixed. Should I jump on propecia? It's weird because I have clearly thinner hairs at the front since the day it began but they havent fallen and my overall hair density hasnt changed since, as well as this as you can see i have a huge forehead...

OH and just to add, my right side has always been higher than my left, same as my father, we both have a similar pattern in where the right side is deeper than the left, my dad is 57, he maintained a Norwood 2 from 25 to 51, he is now a Norwood 3 with slight crown thinning.

should i jump on propecia? i think im a Norwood 2.5 headed to a 3...slowly

Here is a photo of my hair from the front, as you can see it looks thinner at the front, behind this though it's all thicker, my hair is generally quite fine in texture so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or just general miniturisation.

Hmmm....The front picture looks good. The top shows your temples going back and the sides shows that your temples are going back too.

I would say that if your forehead got bigger and bigger it means your hairline is receding and you should probably go with propercia to keep the hairline. Well you will lose it one day but it will prolong the period for it to happen.

If your thinning is bugging you quite a lot then regain/rogain/minoxidil (same thing) would be a choice to make the hair thicker.

Otherwise you can give it half to one year and compare your pictures with the start ones. I think you don't go old pictures which you can compare you so if you take this option. Go take pictures of the top, the sides, the back and front. Take new after 3 months, 6 monts, 9 months and then 12 months. You should compare the pictures and if you see changes on 3rd, 6th, 9th or 12th month then you know what kind of action you should take. You don't have to wait for the 12th month but as soon as you notice on the pictures that something is happening to your hair.

Thanks for your reply.
Yup that's exactly what I'm thinking and seeing. However, I just find it weird how for 4 years (when I first saw it) it hasn't moved at all. I've always had a big head and covered it by growing my hair long so I have no clue what my juvenile hairline looked like or even my mature one. I'll probably jump on propecia to hopefully keep what I've got.
