My story is very long but I will summarize some

- I started losing my hair in 2008, it was then that my doctor introduced me Finasteride 1mg at first I was afraid to use because of side effects but I ended up using for Some months, in 3 months my hair was trash than before treatment then started using minoxidil that destroyed my hair, I never believed in the history of the DHT is responsible, because even before using Fina my DHT was below the normal if it were true, why was I losing hair?

In 2008 met this forum, thanks to forum and to the User misterE managed to stop hair loss and restore lost hair, I used the treatment Vegan diet (no sugar, salt, oils or any other processed food), too much physical activity, also used saw palmetto, DHEA, Nolvadex and Testosterone Cypionate (400mg week), in a few months I was cured, I know that many are not going to believe, and even find me silly but it worked, I went back to have a full head of hair (NW0)

I believe that the staff of this forum should seek other methods before you start using Finasteride

I think the joke is on you because if your Norwood 0 using that stuff then you never had any major hair loss to begin with because that stuff doesnt stop it. You were losing hair because your hair was more sensitive to the low DHT you did have. Believe whatever you want though you can not convince a rock its sitting on the ground no matter how hard you try.

Your hairloss was probably so minimal in the first place that any perceived improvement was negligable at best. Now if you went from nw4 to nw0 then you would have a claim but I'm guessing you went from nw1.25555 to nw0 which are practically the same thing anyway so yeah, nothing to write home about.

Yeah what they said because if you were male pattern baldness DHEA and Testosterone would have eaten your hair up! They are androgens.

That diet alone would be too much for me. How can you survive if you don't live in a cave? I think I would choose to lose my hair instead. Just my 2 cents.

I will give you a recipe for a butternut squash soup with cilanto walnut pesto and after you taste that harmony of flavors you would not say vegan diets are for cave men!
