after applying minoxidil, hairline seems to be wrinkled a little

i dunno how to explain it. There is a lot of hair growing on my hairline due to minoxidil a finasteride, but where i applied minoxidil to my hairline, the skin seems to have wrinkled a little. I'm sure its due to minoxidil, but i dont think its serious. has n e one had this happen as well? thanks

could it just be a "coating" of minoxidil that gets on your skin and makes it look wrinkly?..like if you scratch it off, does the skin get better?
