There are a couple of sources and I don´t mean websites from which MSN is derived, which is the best?

Do you mean MSM? It can be found at any CVS or Eckerd's. You can order it online from any vitamin website. I buy mine at CVS for around $6.00. 60 3,000 mg capsules.

anyhow here we go, two kinds of MSM

MSM as a petrochemical byproduct

or

MSM as an organic extract from tree bark

my recommendation would always have to go to the later, although both are avaliable in most health food shops/pharmachies.

Unless stated on the label that the MSM is from an organic source, presume it is the cheaper petrochemical byproduct.

'Lingisul is a 'branded ingredient' (like Nutasweetâ„¢) and supply many brands with organic tree bark derived MSM so look for their logo on the reverse of brands like Nature's Health.
