First, I would like to start by saying that I am Brazilian, sorry for my bad English, but I really need help, I would like to know what to do in my case
- The scalp is fully visible
- severe fall
- dandruff
- constant itching

I don’t have much money to do exams, so every i need any help
I’m almost scraping with despair

Are you on finasteride already? If I were you I'd start finasteride, and low dose oral minoxidil (like 1-2mg).

Topical minoxidil isn't always a good idea if your scalp is already itchy

Finasteride is a must. Then make sure you’re getting enough vitamin D and C. Iron and zinc levels might be low. Start using a hair thickening shampoo or anti dandruff shampoo.
