I'm 25 years old
I had loss some hair on my temples, also there was a little loss of density on the crown
In a nutshell, I have no information about my male relatives, but I think my destiny is 4-5 Norwood (without a treatment regimen). Now I'm 1.5-2 maybe

I'm currently:
1. 6 month on finasteride, 1.25mg daily
2. Minoxidil 1 time daily only on temples, I think its not working for me
3. PRP every month (now once every 4 month)
4. Biotin daily

Hair loss stopped after 3 month. In the morning I see no hair on a hairbrush. I see new strong hair on the front line (!), on the crown and on a part of temples.
Also my hair and skin are less greasy
I guess I absolutely have no sides (!)
I think minoxidil is worthless because I have similar new hair all over my head

So, can somebody tell me:
1. How long Fina can work?
2. How can I understand that the dose in sufficient? New hair not over the entire receding hairline.
3. I'm going to drop minoxidil and PRP. Is it okay?
4. Should I add RU58841 to my regimen?

I'm doing to do hair transplant on my temples (its about 1500 hair follicles), but i should know answer on my 1st question for sure

Finasteride can work a long time but again do not switch medication brands and I always recommend using the original brand compared to generic. I would avoid dropping minoxidil as you will shed and lose ground. RU58841 is not required until you have exhausted all options with Finasteride and Dutasteride.

Thank you!
My doctor told me the same thing just now :)
But I do not understand why I should use minoxidil. It is not working on my front line, and I never used it on other parts.

Also, the doctor said that I need to take a break from finasteride after a year. And that I should use topical fina for the next year.
What do you think about it? I never read about such regimen.
