I'm on the C1 at the moment but also take Nizoral so can't tell which one of them has made my hair thicker. That said if I buy again I will get the double-effect Alpecin shampoo (I used it once before and liked it) as along with the caffeine it also contains Piroctone Olamine, which has been shown to be nearly as effective as the keto in nizoral for reducing hair shed over time.
