Already have gyno. More susceptible on getting worse on finasteride?

Alrite so I already suffer from gyno. Are there more chances of mine getting worse because of this? Or I also have low chances of this side effect just like the rest?

I have some as well. When I went through puberty I got very lumps and finasteride added nothing to it.
