I have created a thread about finasteride, i have use it for about 4 montsh in the first two months i had a little shedding then stopped and itching disappeared and the hair not tender on brushing , by the beginning of the third month i had start shedding again and little itching , tingling and burning in hairline , sides and back so decreased dose to 1 mg eod the sides decreased but still shedding hundreds of hair every day most of short hair there’s pic of my hairline that receded about 1 cm and sorry for long post but I don’t know what to do

i have increased body hair, slight increased oily hair if I kept it 2-3 days without shampooing, itching and libido not stable and shedding from sides and hairline they tends to disappear all of this just happened the last two months the first 2 I had stable hair loss but oily hair the same

If you are a bad responder probably you'll have to tackle testosterone itself first. You dont really have an option here: either you are lucky and respond to finasteride or duta, or you'll have to go for more extreme treatments. Those are your only options, none is pleasant but thats the only way to avoid going bald or spending thousands on transplants that may or may not succeed.
What do you mean libido not stable? Thats the first time I hear that.

Humm thats weird, but my advice is to stick to it to at least 1 year. In the meantime you may add some other treatments if you feel like it. If after a year you still feel the same way about finasteride, then you're pretty much fucked. As I've said there are other treatments but the cost is greater.
