Take pictures under sunlight, the lighting on those you posted is really bad

Pictures are low quality, so I cannot give a serious opinion. Would need better quality pictures under average and also harsh lighting. At a simple glance your hair looks good, there may be some thinning at the crown but not sure if it's a whorl or not, that would depend on you comparing pictures from the past. How is your family history?

You’re on dutasteride and min? If you’re still thinning then you need RU
I was on dutasteride 2 years back. Then stopped it because my parents got scared after reading side effects when they did research on their own.I was on duta from 2017-20

Ohh I would suggest taking at least 1 mg of finasteride thrice a week at least as hair loss prevention then. It's still quite early though, since it seems that there's some thinning at the crown and a little bit of thinning at the midscalp and front. Minoxidil might be useful too since it is thinning and not recession.

You could also get a scalp biopsy to confirm whether you have hair loss or not, if that is an option in your country and you can afford it.

When a young man is 15 or 16 .. 99% have near perfect hair. As the hormones start cascading… The male hair may start changing… maybe curling or looking rougher. Females maybe softer & straighter.. Inevitability the growth should slow. Thinning increases. This is all normal. Women have super thick hair in many instances by just existing. So it’s simply the negative growth factors overcoming the positive growth factors that lead to thinning. Genetics.
