It's hard to tell if you can't spot the miniaturised hairs. Do you have family history of baldness?

No..Like I am 21..and every one in my maternal as well as paternal side of family has thick head of hairs...

Well if you're concerned you should go to a dermatologist for a proper evaluation. Id say finasteride can't hurt, but some people might disagree.
