i keep going back on forth on starting to use finasteride. i've never seen my crown as bald as it is now. do you think natural pills that contain minerals and boitin etc, can help in my case?

My regimen is finally complete wont change it anymore. Lowered my oral minoxidill dose and raised my dutasteride dose. Im losing 4 hairs in shower just by adding ketoconazole shampoo daily. Works better than topical dutasteride in my experience. So no more topical dutasteride for me just oral. Infact no more topicals period.
Glad things are working out for you bro. The only topical I use now is bica once or twice a week. Scalp feels a lot better not dealing with topical minoxidil or RU twice daily.
I would probably try this bica topically but impossible for me to get my hands on it but ketoconazole has reduced shedding a sh*t load so I guess its all good atm.
