Am I Losing My Hair/should I Be Worried?

I'm 21. I've always had a high forehead and there's no evidence of balding in anyone in my family besides my maternal uncle. What's bothering me the most is that on the sides of my front hairline, specifically the right side, there's less hair. I don't know if it was completely like this before but I am FREAKING out right now. On the optimistic side, my hair still seems very thick as it's always been and I don't find many hairs on my pillow or in the shower at all. Am I losing my hair? One of the pictures is a comparison from 6 months ago (left) vs. 2 1/2 years ago (right).

Looks like you might be developing the early onset of male pattern baldness at one of your temples.

You think so? :( even though it's been like that for a while as far as I know? Is there a chance that it's currently as bad as it'll get or should I start a regimen now?

You look like a Norwood one, or in the stages of it.

Norwood one is classified by having one centimeter above your hairline.

rule of thumb : if you think you're losing hair, you are losing hair.
