Am I Paranoid About male pattern baldness Or Is It Real?

Do y’all think the photos below show evidence of miniaturization/male pattern baldness? I’d like some input because I feel like I’m no longer capable of objectively viewing myself. I started shedding significantly more hairs a while back, then I went on dutasteride, oral minoxidil, and 100mg Spironolactone and after 7 months or so the shedding slowed. I’m still shedding hairs and it feels like more than I should but I can hardly tell what is normal for me anymore. I think my hair on the sides has definitely thinned, it deteriorated really quickly at first but seems to have stabilized. My mom’s dad, and both brothers are bald and started balding young. My dad still has hair but it’s quite thin.

I think you shouldn't be paranoid because you have been doing and tried almost everything you could. So what's point in being paranoid?
Hair thinned a bit at temples but I think that would be normal for anyone with bad family history. Best luck.

His temples aren't thinning; women in my family have that exact same density at the hairline, they just call it 'edges'. It's the naturally thinner part around the hairline.

Nw0 temple points are always thin. They're the most sensitive parts of your hair whether you have the baldness gene or not.

you are definitely paranoid for taking those meds when you are Norwood ZERO with no signs of MBP!

but how old are you? my hairline was that when I was in my teens, then my hair matured in my 20s and then diffused in my mid 20s.

If I where you I would stop those Meds, let your hair mature/recede, lose the Norwood-0 hairline and if your hair goes to a Norwood 1-1.5, start those meds again.

You should look at Ein’s thread, his hair looks similar to yours

How old are you? You have a perfect hairline. If you think you have hair problems, you seriously need therapy.

diffused thinnning but that's the easiest to fix.

start microneedling your scalp and you'll grow a lot of if back

You're trying to prevent your hair from maturing from a NW0 to a NW1. Obviously, the high powered drugs "aren't working" either because you're trying to fight against a totally normal genetic function - those hairs are super sensitive and they are suppose to be. At this stage, you cannot consider this male pattern balding. Hairlines like this on adult men look strange to me, they look either female or like a prepubescent boy. But to each their own I guess.

Your hair looks great add Ketaconazole like Regenepure DR or Piroctone Olamine shampoo like Tony Maleedy/alpecin dandruff to help clear the dandruff. Plus oil the scalp should it become dry...............
