Am I Thinning/balding? If So, What Level Of The Norwood Scale Am I At?

On both sides of my family most males are bald/balding. I'm in my teens, so I don't know for sure if I'm balding or just overreacting.

The pics below show my temples pulled to show skin, and also what my temples look like when they aren't being pulled on.

The blacked out area in one are just my fingers.

I used to have a pretty straight hairline. Now, it has that typical receding shape.

Update Pic and Info: I think my hairline is receding more. The forelock (I think that's what it's called) is very uneven. It's farther back on one side. I blacked it out because my temples are my main worry. I took a picture from a different perspective. The temples are uneven as well, and more hair seems to be thinning.

I pretty much have the same pattern as you and it stayed like that from age 15 to 17 for myself. Right now my triangles have gotten slightly deeper so I just went on the finasteride and haven't seen further hairloss.

It could just be a maturing hairline so for now I don't think that you should stress about it, just keep checking it every month and if you see any change then you could start a treatment :)

Oh okay. Thanks for answering! It does look like it's receded more, though. I don't know what to think

I'm just a random guy with hairloss aswell, I have no real expertise on hair whatsoever, the best thing to do is to go to your dermatologist for sure
