Ander's nw2.5 - Hairline regrowth

Hi everybody !

I've just reached an hair success story and i want to share it with you.

The story begin 6 mounth ago when i had noticed a dramatic hairloss like the classical male pattern baldness at the nw2.5 state.
Once the shock passed I began to find out about hair loss and capillary profile of my family members. Obviously no one is spared, but there is no NW7 in the family.


Until I discovered this forum and BIG3 I started a strict treatment which began October 15, 2014.


My treatment:


-Minoxidil 5% every day
-Finastéride 1mg daily
-Nizoral 2%

And the regrowths :

I know a small side effect, less desire for sex and my sperm is more transparent but nothing dramatic

So, I have some questions :
- how old are you?
- after how long your hair fall has stabilized/stopped?
- have you experienced any shed? If yes, how many time?
- you apply the minoxidil only on the hairline and temple?

I ask you that because i'm on finasteride since one week, and in one month I will start minoxidil and nizo.

Its hard to tell whether you really had regrowth or not but shorter hair also gives the illusion of a better hairline and density.

Unfortunately I remain norwood 2 currently. In fact, I have no hair regrowth but are now very thick though less numerous.
I also lost some gains in the temples but nothing dramatic. It will soon be 6 months of treatment I hope that hair regrowth will come with time.

-I'm 26 !
-my hair loss is not stabilized completely. I still loses hair. but my hair is much nicer since 60 days
-i was got a horrible shedding around 1 month after starting the big3. he lasted 6 or 7 weeks...
-minoxidil twice day only on the temples and hairline.

It's funny because before your treatments your top forehead used to be kinda shiny, and now it's not. Shows that Finasteride is reducing sebum buildup! And your English isn't that bad lol
