I would guess so.
If you want a hair transplant go to a specialist hair transplant surgeon who specialises in only doing one thing and puts his name over the the clinic door.
Not a clinic offering all kinds of other beauty treatments, using various 'jack of all trade' Dr's who probably have only the basic training.
