Another Nizoral question

I just got Nizoral, but I've never had any sort of dandruff or scalp problems. And I really don't want my hair to get crappy looking, so how often should I wash with Nizoral. Should I use it once a week? Twice? Any suggestions

twice or three times....if it makes ur hair really bad just use a conditioner afterwards

Nizoral shouldn't make your hair look crappy. And as mentioned, a conditioner will offset any dryness you may experience. Use it 3x a week no matter what. Its playing an important role even if there is no itching, inflammation or flaking.

Yeah but it still makes no sense why you would want to use it if it was CAUSING you itching.
