The setting was a desert. There were these two buffoons - one obese and a Norwood 6, the other a Norwood 3 and just overweight - and they were grunting along until the NW3 whipped out a folded map. He exclaimed: "No sign of the Hasson & Wong clinic that's marked on the map", which was followed by the NW6 stating that the map he obtained from his GP was up-to-date and the best available.
The NW3 then proceeded to unfold the map, only to discover that it wasn't a map of anywhere in London - or anywhere in the UK, for that matter - but rather a map of Asia. (Just to state at this juncture - I know the main clinic is in Canada, but consultations, which is what these goons were going for, are available in London) Here's where it gets mildly humorous - while the Norwood 3 was looking back at his obese friend, and pointing furiously at the map, he uttered (in a strangely flat voice): "Look? See! Asia. Asia. Asia!!"
The Norwoood 6 (who, by the way, was not the brightest bulb on the tree) thought nothing of this critical error, replying, "So what?"... which prompted his friend to yell, "And we're looking for a clinic in the UK!!!" The NW6 was completely and utterly unaware that Asia is, in fact, more than a couple of miles' distance away from the UK. At the end of the dream, the Norwood 3's neck somehow grew to grotesque proportions and he screamed, "WE'LL NEVER GET TO THE CLINIC BECAUSE WE'RE LOST IN THIS DESERT WHERE THERE'S NOTHING TO EAT OR DRINK!!!!!!!!"
