Any Advice For People In Initial Stages Of Balding?

I started graying at 18 and now half of my hair is gray. It would have been copable if premature graying had been my only issue, now i'm noticing hair thinning an obvious hair line receeding.
It is so goddamn depressing that I'm currently seeing a therapist.
Currently i'm taking 1 mg finasteride and nizoral once in 3 days.
Im sure many people here have gone through the same thing . What advice would you give to your old self if have a chance?
I really appreciate any advice or things that you wish you had done while going through this phase? It may help me and many others .

First of all,assess your family history of graying and baldness.
Your dad,your uncle,your elder brother,your maternal uncle for baldness.

shoutout for jumpin on finasteride so early, prolly didnt bother too much since you are so young

as advice, there's none, u alrdy on finasteride, so there's nothing else to say, hope you are a ashon kutcher's case

Do what you can and forget it about it. At that point you can’t do anything else so there really is no point in worrying

Read up on minoxidil and darkening (and of course thickening) your hair.
