Any Affordable Supplements Which Are Recommendable?

Hey guys

I use minoxidil and finasteride topical. Also I do test Trinov at the moment.

I just wonder if there is any good affordable supplement vitamin complex or anything else with isn complete bullshit. I dont expect any visible effect on my hair, but would like to give my body some support.

Just like zinc biotin etc

There isn’t any supplement that’ll save your hair or help imo. Since you’re using topicals a keto shampoo & dermaroller should work good in conjunction. I did some research and a few MSM supplement users claim it aided their hair loss and even grew their hair faster. It couldn’t hurt if you’re willing to give it a try. Then again I’m 99% sure vitamins and supplements don’t make a difference in hair loss. Still here’s a list of supplements that potentially work though-

1) Saw Palmetto (weaker finasteride)
2) Pumpkin seed oil (lowers dht levels)
3) MSM
4) Zinc and B6
5) Green Tea
