Any Chance Whatsoever Propecia Could Cause Nose Bleeds?

i used to have nose bleeds randomly and i probably need a vein to be cortorised, or however u spell it. but after several months of it not happening, i started propecia 13 days ago, any chance this could cause it? ino its a long shot, but was just wondering.
