So about 7 months ago a group of hairs very suddenly fell out behind my hairline, leaving an small oval-shaped patch of hair missing from my scalp. I figured that the missing hairs would grow back, but no hair has grown in the area since it fell out months ago. My hair is completely fine other than this spot. It isn't so bad to deal with because its small, but I was curious as to whether anyone on here has seen this before or knows what could be going on. I've attached a picture in case that helps.
