Any natural scalp dht blocker for someone with minor hair loss?

My hairline has receded a bit since I was a teenager but I'm almost 31 and my hair seem to be just fine and it's been the same for the past 4 years.

I used to take dutasteride a few years ago with the aim of maintaining, three times a week but I was getting some sides and I stopped taking it. Didn't notice any difference once I stopped.

The thing is, even if I'm not experiencing nothing but minor hair loss, the thought of being slowly losing it and not being doing anything about it is causing me severe anxiety (I'm an anxious person by default), and I don't want to jump into finasteride straight away if there is anything that is less effective but with less sides , since it seems that my hair loss is not agressive at all maybe a less efficient dht blocker will do the trick for me.

So does anything like this exist? I read about saw palmetto but I'm not sure if it's what I'm looking for.

I just want to put my mind to rest knowing that at least, I'm doing something .

By the way, my derm two years ago when I asked for something to maintain my hair gave me a prescription for a topical finasteride 0.5% + min 5% solution, but never gave it a try. This could be a more gentle option for side effects? And what would be the way to use it?
